The Board of Directors of DNAP has agreed to provide a permanent home for the “Red Devil” at the Heritage Homestead in Doniphan upon the condition that a Fund Raising Campaign to Save the “Red Devil” is successful in raising the $25,000.00 it will take to build a pole barn structure to shelter the boat and trailer from the elements. This structure will also be available for use during Heritage Days and other Festivals at the Homestead. If you are interested in pledging your financial support for this project, please complete the following Pledge Agreement and return it in person or by mail to the Current River Heritage Museum at 101 Washington Street in Doniphan, MO 63935. The Heritage Days Annual Event Has Come and Gone for 2025-See You Again Next Year
Our annual two-day festival filled with live music, storytelling, living history exhibits and pioneer and early 20th century life demonstrations including rail splitting, fiddle making, blacksmithing, quilting and other vintage crafts together with military history, classic cars and period costumes has come and gone. Our thanks to all our visitors, vendors and staff. The 21st annual Heritage Days event will be scheduled in the fall of 2026. Vendors and crafters who would like to participate can contact the Curator at the Heritage Museum 573-996-5298 for information on registration and fees.
